Refusing to settle for the status quo, WE need to seek opportunities to allow educators and studentś gifts to shine through inquiry.

Empower.

Refusing to allow a top-down approach to leadership, WE must give our educators and students voice and choice in decisions.

¨Empowerment is not a new set of rules, itś changing the rule makers. Thatś what is radical about it.¨
