To Whom It May Concern: 

I met Mrs. Chenault several years ago while participating in a leadership academy with her in our school district. Jamie has served as an elementary classroom teacher under my supervision at Lakewood Elementary. Even after her position at Lakewood, I have remained in contact with Mrs. Chenault and followed her journey as a technology leader and middle school technology teacher. 

Mrs. Chenault is a dedicated professional who works diligently to provide the very best education for the students in her class. Her knowledge of engaging learning strategies and use of technology benefit students and staff around Hardin County and beyond. Jamie has not only presented at our school, but at conferences at the state and international level. Her passion for the use of technology in education is evident in her classroom and on her educational blog. 

Mrs. Chenualt is an innovator and a creator. She is constantly looking for new and unique ways to reach her students. In her one-to-one Chromebook classroom at Lakewood, Mrs. Chenault engaged her students daily and created a high- energy environment where students feel safe to explore. She had a makerspace in her classroom and led her students through passion projects. 

She is a true teacher leader who loves to share with others.
